Our Mission is to combat multiple health disparties among the
community of colors, which are hardest hit: Heart Disease,
Asthma, HIV*AIDS, Diabetes, Cancers, Health ilileracy, and
Obesity through empowerment programme intervention and
prevention services.
Our primary goal is to impart one positive behavior change at a
time which make a positive health change.
